Lizzie Azzolino

Title: Leadership Coach & Facilitator / Culture Consultant / Startup Advisor

Bio: Lizzie Azzolino is a former brand and innovation strategist who is on a mission to untangle the stories about organizational culture, leadership and work that hold us back so that we can intentionally create better wins. She remanded her business Work with Lizzie as a call to action for herself and others about the power of integrating all of who we are and what we know to chart new paths. She partners with leaders and entrepreneurial companies as an executive coach, leadership & culture consultant, and advisor. Like so many, Lizzie is in transition; after living and working in San Francisco for a decade, Lizzie is moving to Brooklyn in the fall!

 

Bennet Barth

Title: Managing Director @ RESPOND

Category: Startups

Bio: Bennet Barth is the Managing Director at RESPOND and drives the strategic development and implementation of the BMW Foundation’s work around business, innovation and technology. Bennet is also part of the Foundation’s investment team, where he manages an international portfolio of impact investments and supports the foundations programmatic work around Sustainable Finance. Before joining the BMW Foundation, Bennet worked at MAZE

in Lisbon, where he, alongside entrepreneurs and investors, sought to scale impactful and effective solutions to social and ecological challenges. As investment associate in a 50-million euro Impact Venture Capital Firm, with offices in London and Lisbon. In this capacity, he supported the set-up and fundraising, advised several impact enterprises and, through various joint publications with international partners, contributed to building the impact investing ecosystem in Europe. Bennet studied industrial engineering and management with a focus on mechanical engineering (B.Sc.) and economics (M.Sc.) in Berlin and Lisbon. In previous roles Bennet worked in development cooperation in renewable energy projects in Asia and West Africa.

 

Jenny Felding

Title: Cofounder & Managing Partner @ Everywhere Ventures

Bio: Jenny Fielding is one of the most active global pre-seed investors, having invested in 300+ companies as the first money in. As the cofounder and Managing Partner of Everywhere Ventures, Jenny has built a thriving community of 500+ founders and operators who help source, diligence, and invest in the next generation of startups across 3 core verticals: money, health, and work. Prior to launching her own fund, Jenny spent 7.5 years as the Managing Director of Techstarhere she invested in a portfolio of companies with a current cap over $10B. Jenny is a 2x founder, a lawyer by training, and an adjunct professor at ColumbiUniversity and Cornell Tech.

 

Olivia Goldstein

Title: Vice President @ StartFast Ventures

Bio: Olivia Goldstein is the Vice President at StartFast Ventures. She’s an exited tech founder with 10 years of experience working in and with B2B software companies. Early in her career, Olivia advised international tech companies on U.S. market entry strategies. This exposure to tech brought her to India where she spent time working for a B2B software startup based in Bangalore overseeing their international product growth. While there, she co-founded RepHike, a marketing software for brands to find and work with influencers & brand ambassadors, and ultimately led it through to its acquisition in 2019. Olivia holds a B.A. in Economics from University of Pittsburgh and a M.A. in International Relations from the Institute of World Politics.

 

Sarah Hardy

Title: COO & Co-founder @ Bobbie

Category: Startups

Bio: Sarah Hardy is the Co-Founder and COO of Bobbie the mom-founded and led infant formula company. She leads People, Customer Support, Supply Chain Opps, and Future of Work initiatives including a first-of-its-kind parental leave policy and culture.

Hardy has over 15 years experience in operations, strategic planning, project management and people ops. Prior to Bobbie, Hardy spent 7 years at Airbnb, where she wrote the company’s first parental leave policy. This would lay the groundwork for much of her role at Bobbie.

Originally from Boston, Sarah lives in Oakland, CA with her husband and two children, Bea and Clinton.

 

JoAnna Hartzmark

Title: Founder & CEO @ Revelle

Category: Movers & Makers - E-Commerce

Bio: JoAnna Hartzmark began building Revelle with a simple mission: make women feel beautiful in their bodies every day by helping them find clothes that actually fit. Prior to building Revelle, JoAnna’s career was anything but linear. After studying at Carnegie Mellon University, she began her career in financial services, building up her analytical skills at Capital One. After attending business school at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, she joined Ralph Lauren to help them establish their e-commerce business. During this time JoAnna was confronted with the difficulties facing established corporations desiring to innovate, so she ventured into the startup world, joining Gwynnie Bee, a startup at the intersection of fashion and tech. It was there that JoAnna learned how to build a new business line from the ground up. But as she grew within the team, she looked around the industry and realized that there simply weren’t enough startups being built for women, by women. So she took the leap to become a founder herself and began building Revelle.

 
 

Monisha Lewis

Title: Managing Director @ Invisible Hand

Bio: Monisha has spent her career as a strategist, focusing on cross-channel planning and creative execution in both the agency and brand worlds. Most recently, Monisha is putting her entrepreneurial spirit and love of whiteboarding to work at Invisible Hand, a social impact and culture change agency. She lives in New Jersey with her family and will use any excuse to plan a social gathering of any size.

 

Carole Mbazomo

Title: Managing Director @ Genesis Luxury and Brands / Executive Director @ Fondation Future Africa / European Young Leader, Aspen Institute

Bio: Carole Mbazomo has been building expertise and a strong network worldwide in the cultural and creative industries for +15 years. First as an amateur artist, teaching urban dance and organizing events. Then, as Program Manager and Head of Arts of the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations empowering emerging artists, creators, and entrepreneurs, for 9 years.

Since January 2023, she has headed the Genesis Luxury and Brands company and the Fondation Future Africa, from Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

Carole holds an undergraduate degree in European Engineering Business Management and a masters in International Business Management with a concentration in Economic Intelligence. She explores horizons ranging from communications to business development. Through her wide geographic exposure – Abidjan, Barcelona, Conakry, Coventry, Dakar, Geneva, Heraklion, New York, Paris, Tel Aviv, Yaoundé, – Carole works in French, English and Spanish. She creates bridges and paves the way for impactful projects. With one foot in Europe, the other in Africa, Carole is invited to speak at roundtables discussions and conferences about three themes: philanthropy, supporting the arts sector and measuring impact. She has contributed to major books on philanthropy in France. She also mentors students and young graduates. Alongside her professional work, Carole’s passion for writing and travel has led her to co-create Ônoan, a non-for-profit organization that gives tools and advice to creative writers.

 

Amir Ouki

Title: Managing Director @ Fictive In

BIO: Amir is the Managing Director at Fictive Kin, a digital design and engineering studio based in New York. Fictive Kin's innovation practice has built category-defining digital products for some of the world's largest brands, as well as early-stage startups. Previously, Amir led the New York office of Character (which was acquired by Dentsu), and ran Strategic Initiatives at COLLINS. Before joining the agency world, Amir led growth strategies at a robo-advisor in the fintech space and was the 4th hire at a 100+ person capital-raising team in the finance space. Amir is from London and is based in Brooklyn, New York.

 

Priya Snehil

Bio: Priya is a Strategy and Transformation Leader from a ’Big 4’ and global consulting background. She has over 20 years of experience helping organizations deliver large-scale transformation through innovation. Priya is has a specialist interest in AI and holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University.

 

Marian Spier

Title: Founder @ IAMarian and FEM-START

Bio: Marian Spier is a serial entrepreneur, founder of IAMarian and FEM-START, a member of the supervisory board of the van Gogh Museum, and the law firm van Doorne. She won numerous awards, e.g.: ''Inspiring 50 Women in Tech'' Businesswomen of the Year, and the EU Business Angel Award. She recently published her bestseller ''Impact''.

 

Tameka Vasquez

Title: "Founder & Principal @ The Future Quo

Bio: Tameka Vasquez is a social futurist, foresight strategist, professor, and speaker. Tameka is Founder & Principal of The Future Quo, an advisory that supports purpose-driven private sector leaders with ideas and tools for future thinking. She is also Associate Faculty for the Future of Work course at Columbia University. And she is an Ambassador for the Better Arguments Project, a civics initiative led by The Aspen Institute. Before launching The Future Quo, Tameka was a marketing strategist who led brand and growth programs for global technology startups and enterprises for over 12 years. In her last role, she served as the first head of marketing for Sidewalk Labs, an urban innovation and sustainability unit at Google. Tameka has been a keynote speaker at events hosted by Bermuda Economic Development Corporation, Step Dubai, Inman, Hospitality Design Magazine, and others. Her insights have been featured by Smart Design, The Association of National Advertisers, Udemy for Business, IBM Think Leaders, and others.

 

V K Zamparelli

Title: Co-founder & CPO @ Super

Category: Rising Stars

Bio: Vika is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Super, a software startup creating the operating system for buildings.

As a hybrid designer and product strategist, Vika has honed a well-rounded skill set in the digital product and technology industry across her 13+ years of experience working at Facebook, Johnson & Johnson, and with clients including Aetna, TripAdvisor, and JP Morgan.

Prior to founding Super, Vika spent 8 years at Facebook building some of the company’s most influential products across business and consumer audiences including Live Video, Pages, and Stories. There, she held leadership roles in both the IC and Manager tracks, helping product development teams and individuals thrive.
