Join WIN NY x MYNDY - a 'gym for your mind' platform, partnered with organizations like MIT & Google - for a workshop on Mental Fitness and how to approach life's challenges with the power of psychology in your pocket. Mental Fitness is a new wellness category that is focuses on long-term behaviors that promote well-being in your mind. Just like you go to the gym to strengthen your body, you can do research-backed exercises to strengthen your mind.
