Lizzie Azzolino is a leadership coach, advisor, facilitator and speaker passionate about accelerating the transformation of the leaders who are committed to consciously transforming the world. She has nearly two decades of experience guiding leaders and innovative entrepreneurial organizations including Airbnb, Autodesk, Electronic Arts and Linkedin through critical points of inflection.
Her evolving toolbox integrates her roots in journalism, former experience as a brand and innovation consultant with now years of experience in executive coaching and leadership and organizational development. She continues to find deeper ways to subtly attune to not only what is here now, but also what is ready to emerge in order to catalyze change. She’s passionate about teaching and coaching leaders to integrate data and logic with feeling and sensing in service of transformation.
Lizzie has long been a part of the fabric of WIN. Most notably she is the Co-Founder and first leader of WIN’s San Francisco chapter, later serving as Programming Lead. Lizzie pioneered many of WIN’s signature programming formats that blur the lines between personal, professional and community development. As Global Leadership Development Lead she created WIN Relay, WIN’s signature cohort-based leadership development program designed to help senior leaders step confidently into the role of innovation executive. Most recently she served on WIN’s Advisory Council.
Lizzie is a certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Fellow at Harvard's Institute of Coaching and graduate-turned-adjunct faculty member for New Ventures West’s Professional Coaching Course. She is certified in Integral Team Coaching, the Enneagram and Advanced Coaching through the Aletheia School of Integral Unfoldment. Lizzie has studied and practiced Dr. Joe Dispenza’s method incorporating epigenetics, quantum physics and neuroscience, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Leadership Embodiment, Systemic Coaching Constellations and reiki energy healing.
She brings optimism, creativity and light to her work and life. In fact, she says it is in this deep work that she sees the very best of people. She’s a new transplant to NYC after a decade in San Francisco and is welcomes invitations to connect.
