Ten Years of Truth
Ten years is a long time. Long enough to build something real. Long enough to know, without question, what you stand for.
Women in Innovation was founded on the belief that women building new futures deserved a community as bold, ambitious, and multifaceted as they are. A decade later, we've convened thousands of women across London, San Francisco, New York, and beyond and watched members shape industries, launch companies, lead movements, and redefine what leadership looks like.
After ten years, we truly know what we believe. So as we set our sights on the next ten years, we wanted to ensure our brand and platform represents our truth. In 2025, WIN modernized its brand identity and rebuilt its digital home from the ground up — because forging new futures has to begin with us, in our own backyard. Living our method. Internally innovating the way we ask our community to innovate every day. Reflecting the energy we get from the community into our moves, our actions.
Our brand and web refresh is not a reinvention, but rather a declaration of how we’ve grown.
A modern expression of everything our community has taught us and a reminder of what we plan to achieve in the next decade.
Listening to Learn
Before we made a single design decision, we went back to the source. I interviewed WIN members and leaders across geographies and asked: What does innovation mean to you?
The answer was both surprising and inevitable. We are all remarkably different—different industries, different career paths, different definitions of success. But underneath that difference, we share a common mindset. An innovator’s mindset. Embodying three things:
Being curious enough to care about the world outside ourselves.
Being optimistic that a brighter and better future is possible.
Being resilient enough to actually build that future.
The innovator’s mindset doesn't move in a straight line. It pivots, explores, and embraces the full depth of what's possible. The winding path we take isn't a detour. The non-linear journey is how we practice innovation. That insight became our brand concept: multidimensional is the magic.
The Brand That Emerged
I worked with our CEO Amanda Ramos and brand designer Cait Rathvon to transform that insight into an identity that feels both deeply familiar and unmistakably new to our community.
The iconic WIN yellow remains—optimistic, unapologetic, fully committed. Around it, a richer palette: light tints, deep shades, and bright hues that evoke the full breadth of the innovator's experience. Our logo now adds literal dimension: bursting forward with momentum and depth. Our photography puts each innovator on display: their voice in full focus.
Women in Innovation is as much a living organism as each member within it—a biodiverse ecosystem of exceptional women, each contributing their expertise and shaping our collective beliefs. After ten years, those beliefs are clearer and more powerful than ever. And now, so is our brand.

Our New Digital Home: WIN Web 2.0
WIN partnered with the incredible team of designers, producers and strategic leaders at Kettle who brought the brand to life by reimagining our website and future community platform. Kettle challenged us to create a site that forged new experiences for partners, members, and leaders. Something innovative in its own right. Every page is a testament to that vision.
We built a Perspectives page to put members’ thought leadership on display. Not only their thinking, but also their actions. WIN women have been generating extraordinary points of view for years across industries and channels. Now, that thinking is honored in one place. Our Perspectives hub amplifies the voices of our community, because the collective intelligence of WIN women is one of our greatest assets, and it deserves a stage.
What was once a simple events summary is now an Experiences home: reflecting the full breadth of how we convene: Dinners, salons, workshops, unconferences and whatever forms of gathering the next decade demands.
Dedicated pages to our Partners and Volunteers invite you to engage, making it clear and compelling to be part of Women in Innovation’s journey forward.
The new site is designed to meet you wherever you are - whether you're a long-time member or encountering WIN for the first time - and invite you to engage with our multifaceted magic.

Up Next: Ten Futures of Innovation
This year, now with new and shiny brand & digital experiences in our toolkit, Women in Innovation will launch into our next decade as world builders. Convening, always, ideating, yes, with more emphasis on taking action to design the multitudes of futures we believe is possible. We’ll research, design the futures we want to see, and move with momentum towards those realities.
With Gratitude
None of this exists without the extraordinary generosity of the people who shaped this moment in WIN’s growth. Cait Rathvon shaped the brand identity with her design vision. The team at Kettle built our new digital home with care, creativity, and craft; we can’t wait to forge new futures with this tool in our arsenal. The Women in Innovation volunteer marketing team and tech gurus brought the platform from build to launch. The original brand designers who created such strong foundations for the WIN brand. And I am so proud to shepherd these projects, because I believe in the power of knowing yourself deeply and expressing it through your brand with unshakeable confidence.
To every WIN woman who sat for an interview, shared your truth, and trusted us to reflect it back—thank you. You are the brand.
Here's to the next decade of Women in Innovation.
