Amanda Ginzburg is the Chief Growth Officer at co:collective, a creative and strategic transformation company that works with Google, LinkedIn, The New York Times, Chewy, Netflix and more. She focuses on helping co: connect with purpose-led companies seeking to have a net-positive impact on the world. In support of this, she oversees business development, marketing, growth and new business. She is also responsible for spearheading the creation of new products, services, and offerings that build the co: brand. Amanda has over a decade of experience working on marketing & media efforts with a focus on shepherding work that lives at the intersection of culture & community.

In her previous roles at co:, she worked with PUMA’s global team on a strategic turnaround that redesigned their brand purpose and its impact across all business units, product launches and partnerships, culminating in the launch of their Jay-Z led basketball business. The multi-year partnership led to $6B in profit and the best year in PUMA’s history. She also led the development of De Beers new lab-grown diamond business, worked to make the IBM Cloud brand as iconic as Watson and defined the narrative for Microsoft’s new future of work product.

Amanda came to co: from the client services team at 360i where she partnered with brands like HBO, SUBWAY, Corona A&E Networks, USA Network and Mondelēz on award winning, digitally native integrated campaigns. Her work spans global music festivals, award shows, SXSW, and more cultural tentpoles.

She began her career in the infancy of social media working in digital strategy at a social media consultancy helping the ASPCA and powerhouse athletes such as Derek Jeter, Blake Griffin, and Paul Pierce to launch their social media presence.
