Stephanie Lehuger is a social entrepreneur, a startup builder, and a humanist philosopher. Her work seats at the intersection of technology and social impact, putting AI at the service of people.

Today, as Rogervoice’s Country Manager, she leads the company’s U.S. operations to bring real-time captioned calls to the 50 million Americans who are deaf or hard of hearing. The app has captioned more than 12 million calls in over 100 languages, and under her lead became the #1-rated captioned calling app on iPhone and Android.

As a social entrepreneur, she has worked across two AI-for-good startups, NGOs, the World Food Programme, and the United Nations, served the European Commission as an AI Evaluation Expert, and published a book on social franchising.

As a startup builder, she has helped build six tech companies in a decade, four from the founding team, most powered by AI. She helped create an AI career coach used by half a million French jobseekers and led operations on the founding team at Actiondesk, a Y Combinator company acquired by Datadog.

As a humanist philosopher, she published a book on ethical leadership and hosts The French Philosopher, a podcast and newsletter on what philosophy says about meaning, identity, and AI. Her keynotes on work and critical thinking in the age of AI earned her a place among the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics.

She holds 3 master’s degrees in business, public policy, and philosophy, and a diploma in computer science.
