Maëlle Gasc is Co-Founder and Deputy CEO of Noli, an AI-powered, multi-brand beauty platform backed by L’Oréal Group and built as an independent startup. Noli exists to fix a problem most beauty shoppers know well: too many products, too much noise, and no honest guide. It pairs L’Oréal’s century of beauty science with frontier AI to diagnose what someone actually needs, recommend what genuinely works for them, and stay with them until they see results. Its recommendations are unbiased and never sponsored.

She brings an unusual mix of commercial rigour and builder’s instinct. After graduating from HEC Paris and strategy work at BCG, she spent seven years at Vestiaire Collective, scaling it from early-stage startup to unicorn as Chief Growth Officer. She then joined L’Oréal to co-found Noli from the ground up, turning an idea into a live product used and loved by thousands, with an NPS of 80, well above beauty benchmarks, and early recognition from Fast Company and the Red Dot Awards.

Maëlle built Noli at full tilt while raising two daughters, having her second child and moving from Paris to London in the same period. She hopes it proves to other young women, and young mothers especially, that building a company and building a life are not competing choices.
