Laura is a serial entrepreneur that has built a career on starting, growing and advising new ventures. From a background in investment banking, she has started and exited consulting businesses focused on new and emerging technologies, B2C product and venture building. In that time, Laura has moved between startups and the largest global enterprises. A strong believer in the power of culture to deliver great new products and thriving businesses, Laura has long been a champion for creating the culture and conditions where women, including those journeying into motherhood or caring for others, can thrive and balance and deliver their ambitions. She has now found her heartland in the startup world once more, at the connection between women’s beauty and health and technology, as co-founder of the beauty platform Noli (in stealth mode!). Laura lives in London with her wife and two children.
