Alex Naghavi is an award-winning Creative Director, AI filmmaker, and founder with over 18 years shaping the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling. Currently Creative Director at Block, she leads creative exploration in AI and open-source design — work that asks how technology can amplify human imagination and make creativity more open and accessible.

Driven by a belief that curiosity can create change, Alex is part of a growing movement to redefine female representation in AI, inspiring peers and emerging creatives to harness these tools fearlessly and ethically. She recently launched a sponsorship-mentorship initiative offering $3,000 in funding, one-on-one coaching, and access to her global creative network, and as a Top 100 mentor on ADPList has contributed over 3,000 minutes across 100+ sessions.

A former Executive Creative Director and Partner at Josephmark, she helped define the visual language for Google, Spotify, Sony, and RCA Records, and played a pivotal role in ventures later acquired by Twitter and Microsoft. Her work has been recognized by D&AD, the Webby Awards, ADC, and the SXSW Innovation Awards.

Her recent films — Le Drip, Railbound, Gentle, and Feast — have won over 50 international awards, with Gentle recognized by George Miller at the OMNI Awards. She was selected as one of ten global artists for the inaugural Google Flow Sessions, and named among the Top 50 Women AI Filmmakers and Artists.

As founder of Seamless Studio, an AI-powered design platform with a 6,000+ pre-launch waitlist, Alex is reimagining creative tools that bridge craft and computation.
