Outside of WIN, Meredith is a Strategy Director at The Future Laboratory - one of the world's most renowned futures consultancies, where the foresight and strategy teams help clients harness market trends, understand and adapt to emerging consumer needs, position their business for success and keep ahead of their competitors.
Prior to joining The Future Laboratory, Meredith has worked in strategic foresight consumer insights and innovation at Stripe Partners, GDR Creative Intelligence and Studio INTO analysing cultural and market shifts to help brands across retail, beauty, FMCG, conviviality and hospitality build a more relevant future. Over the past decade she has helped brands use foresight to make informed, inspired and targeted xq choices. She is obsessed with consumer behaviour, from mundane acts to guilty pleasures, and enjoys working directly with teams to unlock innovation opportunities.
Meredith is an experienced foresight practitioner and consultant who can be found delivering keynotes and facilitating workshops for clients around the world - and across sectors. She is passionate about helping organizations actibely engage with the future, and has had the pleasure of sharing her research at forums like Retail Week London, Hilton's LUXCON and VF Corp's multi-brand training ground at VF MAX. She is also a guest lecturer at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.
Meredith is a passionate people-watcher, and spends her free time exploring the big cities and small towns she frequents as part of her work. A native Midwesterner living in London, Meredith can be found at weekends roaming the UK's parks and bookshops looking for social signals of change. She holds an undergraduate degree in Design and completed her Masters of Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. She proudly has two very large cats.
