Outside of WIN, Justine works as a freelancer to help organizations identify and develop new opportunities for growth and advise their leaders and teams on how to flexibly adapt their internal structures, processes, and people practices to fully capitalize on their long-term growth opportunities.
Previously, Justine was a Change Lead at organizational design firm August Public, where she advised leaders and teams in the tech and luxury fashion industries on how to fundamentally transform the way they worked in the face of massive uncertainty and change. Prior to August, Justine developed turnaround organizational consulting services for social service agencies across New York State, and developed an internal innovation network for one of NYC’s largest behavioral health organizations.
Justine is passionate about the role that leaders can play in helping companies stay future-competitive and fully realize their organizational potential. Along with striving to achieve her former glory days as a serious ballet dancer, in her free time Justine designs jewelry and experiments with different mediums for fashion blogging. Her love of travel has taken her to 54 countries across 6 continents along with short stints of studying/working in Scotland and Berlin. She's a proud Barnard alum and also holds an MBA in Innovation Management from Wharton.
