Senior Director, New Platform Innovation, PepsiCo
Jenny Danzi serves on the WIN: Women in Innovation Board of Directors, partnering with industry leaders across startups, professional services firms, and large corporations. Jenny strongly believes that we can only build the best future if every voice is represented in innovation leadership. She is dedicated to increasing diversity on every measure at the highest levels of the innovation community, and particularly to unleashing the potential of women to maximize their impact.
Danzi is currently PepsiCo’s Senior Director of New Platforms, leading innovation in emerging billion-dollar categories. She previously served as Founding Partner of the Hive, PepsiCo’s operating unit dedicated to product incubation. Since joining PepsiCo in 2009, Danzi has worked across teams including hydration innovation, Walmart shopper marketing, and the Mountain Dew brand. During her time on the Corporate Strategy team, Danzi partnered on the ground with the team in Shanghai, building PepsiCo’s long-term food and beverage strategy for China. She developed advertising and communications for the Pepsi trademark on platforms including the Super Bowl and led the commercial agenda for the $2B dollar Pepsi-Starbucks North American Coffee Partnership.
Danzi is a founding member of Chief, an executive women’s network focused on closing the gender gap in business leadership.
Danzi graduated from Williams College with a degree in economics, and studied at the London School of Economics and Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.
Danzi resides in Manhattan, New York City with her husband and their toddler son.
