Erin Mulloy serves on the Board of Directors of WIN: Women in Innovation. Mulloy supports the organization’s mission through her oversight of the audit. A longtime advocate for diversity and inclusiveness, she is committed to building a workforce that enables all women to succeed and recognizes their potential, talents, and achievements.
Mulloy is a partner in the Financial Services Organization of Ernst & Young LLP (EY) based in New York. For the past 17 years, she has worked with boards, audit committees and senior management teams in the insurance industry to help them solve complex business issues. Erin provides external and internal auditing and advisory services to both public, private and multinational organizations spanning property and casualty insurance companies, insurance brokers and broker dealers.
Mulloy is responsible for piloting and driving innovations in her practice’s audit processes and is teaming directly with her clients to developing leading strategies for innovating their businesses through bots, technology and data mining.
A longtime advocate for diversity and inclusiveness, Mulloy co-leads EY’s Professional Women’s Network Health and Wellness committee. She also sits on EY’s internal New York Market segment board and serves as EY’s Alumni Champion, where her responsibilities include developing a market-leading strategy for alumni engagement and relationship development.
Mulloy currently serves as the president of the Society of Insurance Financial Management, an organization consisting of 250 insurance executives in the metro New York region which focuses on leading education topics for insurers. Prior to her appointment as president, Erin served on the board as the Vice President and Treasurer.
Mulloy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fairfield University.
Mulloy resides in New York City with her husband Eyal and her 2 stepchildren Michal and Asaf.
