Calling all leaders!

Want to encourage collaboration and increase motivation in your workplace? Look no further than neuroscience! (Don’t worry — it’s simpler than it sounds.)

The SCARF (Status Certainty Autonomy Relatedness Fairness) model is a brain-based method designed to help people work together effectively by understanding how human minds react to two things: threat and reward. Developed by Dr. David Rock — Director of the NeuroLeadership Institute and one of the foremost thought leaders in the human-performance coaching field — the SCARF model relies on the five key "domains" that influence our behaviour in social situations and can be used to help people better understand each other and become more effective collaborators and communicators.

Come out for an enlightening and inspiring workshop — brought to you by WIN and the design minds at Fjord — where we’ll break down the SCARF method and explain how you can use it to create a healthier, more collaborative work environment and better engage and motivate your teams. We’ll also offer a helpful overview of how various situations in the workplace might trigger our minds to react in a certain way and discuss how you can use the model to prevent misunderstandings and miscommunication and deal with conflict.

As always, refreshments will be served. Just don’t forget to BYOB (bring your own brain, naturally)!

Refund Policy: Let us know 72 hours in advance of the event if you are unable to attend and we will issue you with a full refund as soon as possible.
