Today, WIN: Women in Innovation (WIN) celebrates our official partnership with Rokt – a forward-thinking company unlocking the hidden potential in every transaction moment that's building a culture to foster the potential of the women who work there. As we reflect on this quarter's theme of 'Future of Careers in Innovation,' we are excited to share roles and opportunities at Rokt for women looking to thrive in their careers and build their professional journey around innovation in a growing sector.

Recently, our team that focuses on advertiser revenue continued to raise concerns about the efficacy of a product and our pod leader stepped in to help the team navigate how to get senior and product focus around fixing this issue before moving forward with more builds. Our work in distributed commerce is at the heart of innovation in ecommerce.  Consumers are able to engage with third-party offers that they actually want right when they want them (like, for example, adding parking to your cart when buying those concert tickets you have been waiting for for over a year!) and both Ecommerce partners and third-party providers can provide value to an engaged customer.”
